The Telegraph reports that a Wisconsin jury awarded Lenny Pozner $450,000 in his defamation case against James Fetzer, co-editor of “Nobody Died at Sandy Hook,” after co-author Mike Palecek settled the month before. At trial Pozner described years of harassment and death threats from people who called him an actor, and his fear for his surviving children. Afterward he thanked jurors for recognizing the “pain and terror” Fetzer caused and drew a line between the right to be wrong and victims’ right to be free from defamation, and the paper notes his long campaign to get Facebook and others to remove hoax videos.
