HuffPost carried the Associated Press report that a Wisconsin judge ruled Lenny Pozner was defamed by James Fetzer and Mike Palecek, editors of a book that claimed Noah’s death certificate was fake.
The book’s publisher had already settled with Pozner and apologized, and a trial to set damages was scheduled for October.
