Fired Florida professor who called Sandy Hook massacre a hoax fails to win his job back

The Los Angeles Times reported that a federal jury ruled against James Tracy, the former Florida Atlantic University professor who claimed he was fired for blogging that the Sandy Hook massacre was a hoax.

Jurors deliberated for about three hours. The article noted Tracy’s long feud with the parents of Noah Pozner.
