NBC News published the Associated Press account of Lenny Pozner’s win in Wisconsin, where a judge granted summary judgment against the authors of “Nobody Died at Sandy Hook.”
The story placed the ruling in a broader legal push by Sandy Hook families, noting that Pozner was the lead plaintiff in several of at least nine such cases. Speaking of Fetzer’s beliefs, Pozner said, “he has the right to be wrong.”
