Sandy Hook parent from Boca wins lawsuit against book linked to fired FAU prof

Lenny Pozner, who moved to Boca Raton after Noah was killed, won a Wisconsin judge’s ruling that the authors of “Nobody Died at Sandy Hook” defamed him by claiming he faked his son’s death certificate, with a damages trial set for October. The publisher also agreed to stop selling the book. The Post connects the book to fired FAU professor James Tracy, whose blog posts filled about 120 of its pages, and notes Pozner’s early work getting platforms to take down hoax videos, with Pozner saying a hoaxer “has the right to be wrong” but not to defame or harass him.
